About Us

As Entrepreneurs and while working in various roles through Project Management & Innovation, we were always on the road, travelling to different cities and towns across the UK.  On a regular basis we would stay overnight in Hotels, often finding they would over-promise and under-deliver and we paid a premium for their service. 

Even though hotels had staff on site to help, this often resulted in them being overpriced and they were too busy to meet our busy schedules. In fact, the only time we needed support from staff was when something wasn’t right, if the problem wasn’t there in the first place we wouldn’t have bothered them at all.

While on some occasions hotel restaurants were a nice place to relax, we often found the quality of service was never as expected, for example on many occasions we would wait for a long time before being served.  We would often prefer to go out to eat at popular restaurants nearby or even better to have out own kitchen so we could cook cost effective meals that were always to our taste!

As business travellers & as a customers, we always knew what we wanted, our needs were often not understood and even neglected at times.
